Effective from 1 July 2009, RCP formally became RCPA - Reinforced Concrete Pipes Australia. RCPA has originated from the merger of RCP (Reinforced Concrete Pipes) and APP (Australasian Pipeline and Pre-Cast) to form a new Australian owned concrete pipe company.

RCP Yatala (QLD), Complies with South East Queensland Water and Gold Coast City Council level 5 WATER RESTRICTIONS requirements after implementing its Water Efficiency Management Plan.

RCP Yatala (QLD), Installed a 248 000 litre rainwater tank to meet environmental requirements.

RCP Yatala (QLD), Development of pipes to comply with QDMR TS25 Specification which included between 20mm to 35mm extra cover to reinforcement on the internal and external of the pipes.

RCP Bibra Lake (WA), An additional Wire Cage Machine was installed to increase and improve the production of the reinforcement.

RCP Bibra Lake (WA), A Programmable Logic Controller and Software were major upgrades for the Bidirectional pipe manufacturing machine; a plant maintenance overhaul was also included.

RCP Melton (VIC), A Factory Upgrade which Included additional factory floor space, allowing inside storage of moulds, pallets and increased curing area.

RCP Yatala (QLD) plant operational, producing Fjs & RRJs 300mm to 2100mm dia.

RCP Bibra Lake (WA), approval for Sewer liner from WA Watercorp.
July 2001:
RCP Yatala (QLD) construction begins in earnest. Machines to be installed include: - 2 x BiDi pipe machines to produce pipes up to 2100mm diameter. 1 x MBK wire cage machine to produce cages to 2500mm. 1 x 1.5m concrete pan mixer.
Nov 2000:
RCP Melton (VIC), commissioned and ready to supply pipe to Victoria and New South Wales market.
Oct 1999:
Reinforced Concrete Pipes Pty Ltd takes shorter pipe initiative, shortening from traditional 2.44m effective length to 2.34m. This initiative means that the transport of RCP Pty Ltd produced pipe complies with transport regulations nationwide. Also pipe is unaffected by transport curfews. A move well received by Government & Contractor customers alike.
April 1999:
Reinforced Concrete Pipes Pty Ltd has a senior manager nominated to Australian Standards technical working committee WS/6. The committee is responsible for revision of AS4058 Precast concrete pipes (pressure and non-pressure)
